Job Description
Education
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
- Master’s degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP, solar PV certifications) will be considered an added advantage
Experience

Responsibilities & Context

Plan, execute, and oversee solar power projects from initiation to commissioning
-
Conduct site assessments, feasibility studies, and resource planning for solar installations
-
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery
-
Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of solar PV systems
-
Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and quality assurance protocols
-
Monitor project progress, budgets, resource utilization, and timelines
-
Prepare technical reports, project documentation, and performance analysis reports
-
Oversee procurement processes in coordination with relevant departments and vendors
-
Troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective engineering solutions
-
Lead, supervise, and manage project teams and field personnel
-
Liaise with clients, consultants, and government authorities as required
-
Ensure adherence to project KPIs and organizational objectives
-
Undertake strategic responsibilities aligned with solar project development and execution goals

Euro Foods Group (BD) Operations seeks an experienced Solar Project Head to lead solar PV projects nationwide from planning to execution. Strong EPC expertise, technical knowledge, proven leadership in large-scale renewable energy projects required

Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, batteries, and grid/off-grid/hybrid solutions
-
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
-
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
-
Ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously
-
Strong knowledge of local regulatory frameworks and renewable energy policies
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and technical design tools such as AutoCAD
