Education
- Bachelor / Master of Business Administration (BBA / MBA) in Marketing from a recognized public or private university.
Experience

Responsibilities & Context
We are looking for a dynamic marketing professional to lead our Trade Marketing and BTL initiatives, driving impactful on-ground visibility, retail engagement, and sales acceleration. This role requires end-to-end ownership—from strategy and planning to execution and performance optimization.

Lead the planning and execution of all trade marketing and BTL initiatives, ensuring strong market presence and measurable business impact

Develop and implement integrated trade campaigns, including concept development, budgeting, rollout, and post-campaign evaluation

Design and execute retailer engagement programs, dealer activations, and incentive-driven campaigns to boost sales performance across markets

Lead all on-ground activations including exhibitions, trade shows, events, and brand experiences, ensuring high engagement and brand consistency

Plan and manage OOH visibility including billboards, hoardings, and transit media—from site selection and negotiation to execution and monitoring

Ensure premium and consistent brand representation across all showrooms through effective VM and branding execution

Develop and control BTL budgets, optimizing resource allocation to maximize return on investment

Collaborate closely with sales, product, and brand teams, along with external agencies and vendors, to ensure seamless execution

Monitor campaign effectiveness, analyze results, and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement

Build strong relationships with agencies and suppliers to ensure quality delivery, cost efficiency, and innovation
