Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
Laboratory Research & Analysis
- Perform qualitative and quantitative chemical analyses.
- Develop, test, and validate formulations for products.
Quality Assurance
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct routine testing to maintain product consistency and safety.
Process Development
- Support scale-up of laboratory processes to production level.
- Collaborate with production teams to optimize chemical processes.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate laboratory records, SOPs, and test reports.
- Prepare technical documentation and present findings to management.
Safety & Compliance
- Adhere to laboratory safety protocols and environmental regulations.
- Train team members on safe handling of chemicals and equipment.
