Job Responsibilities
- Motivate, guide and coach fresh talents for career development, ensuring alignment with company protocols
- Lead HR operations and office administration
- Maintain workplace discipline, compliance, and policy implementation
- Communicate with all the employees to ensure they are crystal clear about the company expectation, compensation & benefits
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee development
- Handle employee relations with maturity and professionalism
- Maintain documentation, attendance systems, and HR reporting
- Serve as a trusted organizational representative ensuring workplace harmony
