Job Description
Education
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
Experience
-
- 3 to 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Plastic/ Polymer Industry, Sanitary ware, Steel, Tiles/Ceramic
Additional Requirements
- Age 26 to 32 years
Convenient in Bangladesh Labor Law
Proficient in MS office

Responsibilities & Context
-
Establish and strengthen strategic partnerships with line functions to effectively support the assigned business units.

Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including requisition, selection, and onboarding
-
Maintain organizational structure and manpower planning to ensure accurate forecasts
-
Prepare and update job descriptions for all roles
-
Monitor attendance, oversee overtime and provide support for payroll processing, in addition to organizing and delivering technical and behavioral training programs
-
Manage employee lifecycle processes
-
Handle employee relations, disciplinary issues and ensure compliance with ABG policies
-
Implement and monitor the Performance Management System (PMS) aligned with ABG objectives
-
Optimize ERP/HRIS systems for HR operations and maintain accurate HR documentation & reporting
-
Report to the supervisor about all HR issues as per the prescribed format
