Additional Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a reputed university.
7+ years of experience in product management, data science, product analytics, or related fields.
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Fintech, Telecommunications, Software Firms, IT-enabled Services, Data & Analytics Organizations.
Experience in working with product management tools and methodologies such as Jira.
Strong expertise in managing complex data-driven projects and delivering scalable solutions.
Proven capability in product strategy, roadmap planning, and cross-functional collaboration.
Proficiency in data analytics or data engineering concepts.
Strong problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders across technical and business functions.

Responsibilities & Context

Define and drive product roadmap planning, execution, and delivery for data product initiatives.
Lead end-to-end product development from ideation to launch, aligning with business and market needs.
Ensure the preparation and management of relevant product documentation.
Collaborate with design and engineering teams to define MVPs, features, and iterative enhancements.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, providing product direction.
Plan and execute go-to-market strategies in collaboration with other functions.
Monitor product performance, generate insights, and provide regular updates to senior leadership.
