Responsibilities & Context

1) Promote and sell Hotel Bay Icon Share Project (Hotel Share/Ownership Packages)

2) Identify and generate new clients through calls, meetings, and networking

3) Present project details, benefits, and investment opportunities to potential clients

4) Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers

5) Handle client queries, negotiations, and close sales effectively

6) Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

7)) Follow up with clients for due payments and installment collections

8) Ensure timely credit collection as per agreement terms

9) Maintain accurate records of sales, payments, and outstanding balances

10) Coordinate with accounts and operations team for smooth client service

11) Regularly update client database and prepare sales & collection reports
