Education
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
- North South University,Independent University, Bangladesh,University of Dhaka,BRAC University,Bangladesh University of Professionals students will get preference
Experience

- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, E-commerce, Online Retail Startup, Retail Store, Shop/Showroom, Super store, Supply Chain, Wholesale

Responsibilities & Context

Manage the full recruitment cycle: job posting, CV screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees

Identify hiring needs and ensure the company recruits qualified candidates on time

Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures

Handle employee relations, resolve conflicts, and address workplace issues

Manage payroll coordination, leave tracking, and benefits administration
