Responsibilities & Context

Matador Plastic & Rubber Industries Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Institutional Sales Manager to lead business development efforts within the institutional and corporate segment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth by achieving assigned sales targets.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare sales plan as per given sales target focusing on corporate business segments such as- Real Estate, Corporate Houses, Institutions, Contractors or Suppliers.

  • Visit existing & potential clients on a regular basis to find out customers` need and take necessary actions.

  • Managing the complete sales cycle, client meetings, presentations, proposal preparation, negotiation, and closing high-value deals.

  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of orders, timely delivery, and excellent after-sales support.

  • Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.

  • Submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and client feedback to senior management.
