Job Description

Education

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
  • Master of Business Management (MBM) in Business Studies
  • PhD (Doctor of Philosophy)
  • PhD in Business Studies

Experience

    • At least 2 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): University

Additional Requirements

  • Completed Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Marketing from a recognized university.
  • A minimum CGPA of 3.5 in both Bachelor’s and Master’s programs.
  • At least 2 years of teaching or relevant professional experience.
  • Preferably one foreign degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s).
  • Candidates possessing a PhD may be eligible for flexibility in the CGPA requirement.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Commitment to academic integrity and continuous professional development.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

 


Responsibilities & Context

  • Design and deliver engaging lectures, tutorials, and assessments in undergraduate, ensuring alignment with the academic curriculum and learning outcomes.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of academic programs by developing course materials, and incorporating innovative teaching methodologies and technologies.

  • Provide academic guidance and career counseling to students, supporting their academic progress and professional development.

  • Engage in academic research and scholarly activities, including publishing in peer-reviewed journals, presenting at conferences, and contributing to the institution’s research profile.

  • Participate actively in departmental meetings, faculty committees, and institutional initiatives, contributing to the overall development and governance of the Faculty of Business Management (FBM).

  • Ensure adherence to academic policies, quality assurance standards, and accreditation requirements, maintaining the integrity and excellence of the academic programs.
