Education

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management

Experience

    • 3 to 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Plastic/ Polymer Industry, Sanitary ware, Tiles/Ceramic, Steel

  • Age 26 to 32 years

Responsibilities & Context

1.     Build strategic partnerships and collaboration with line functions to create ground for acceptance and friendly adoption of HR Strategies by Business Units.

 

2.     Develop and maintain the organizational chart & manpower planning to ensure accurate forecasts and prepare an optimized HR budget

3.     Lead the end-to-end recruitment process from job requisition to onboarding to acquire top talents by ensuring effective onboarding programs and logistics support

4.     Prepare clear and concise job descriptions for employees, outlining roles and responsibilities

5.     Monitor attendance, and overtime and ensure on-time salary generation through the salary reconciliation process

6.     Analyze benefits to ensure competitiveness and compliance with industry standards

7.     Oversee the employment lifecycle, including expatriates from probationary management to employee separation process, including exit interviews and final settlement

8.     Implement and manage the performance management process with organizational objectives

9.  Respond promptly to HR issues and proactively implement measures to mitigate future challenges. Additionally, address disciplinary matters in a timely and appropriate manner.

10.  Conduct turnover analysis to identify trends and implement retention strategies

11.  Utilize and optimize the ERP/HRIS system for streamlined HR processes and data management

12.  Report to the supervisor about all HR issues as per the prescribed format
