Responsibilities & Context
-
রিলস, সাক্ষাতকার, মার্কেটিং,ডকুম্যান্টারি ইত্যাদি ভিডিও নিয়ে কাজ করতে হয়।

ভিডিও কনটেন্ট (YouTube, Facebook এর জন্য) এডিট করতে হবে।
-
ভিডিওতে সাবটাইটেল, ব্যাকগ্রাউন্ড মিউজিক ও ইফেক্ট যুক্ত করা।
-
প্রোমোশনাল পোস্ট, ব্যানার, থাম্বনেইল ও বিজ্ঞাপনী ডিজাইন তৈরি করা।

নিয়মিতভাবে নতুন ভিডিও আইডিয়া ও ডিজাইন কনসেপ্ট প্রস্তাব করা।
-
থামনেইল ডিজাইন, পোস্টার ইত্যাদি ক্রিয়েটিভ ভাবে তৈরি করতে হবে।

পেশাদার মনোভাব বজায়, নতুন বুদ্ধিমত্তা সংযোজন করতে হবে।

টিম-ওয়ার্ক করতে জানতে হবে এবং কাজের প্রেসার নেয়ার সক্ষ্যমতা থাকা জরুরি।

কাজের কোয়ালিটি এবং কোয়ান্টিটিতে ব্যালেন্স রাখতে জানতে হবে।
