Responsibilities & Context

Financial Record Keeping: Managing and maintaining accurate financial records, including recording transactions and updating general ledgers.

Accounts Payable/Receivable: Tracking company debts (payables) and money owed (receivables), reviewing invoices, and following up on overdue payments.

Financial Reporting: Assisting in the preparation of financial statements such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

Audit and Compliance Support: Performing reconciliations (e.g., bank reconciliations) and assisting with audits and tax filings to ensure compliance with financial regulations.

Budgeting Assistance: Collaborating on budget preparation and monitoring spending to help with cost control and financial forecasting.

Coordinate with internal teams (Supply Chain, Sales) and external bodies (tax advisors, auditors, authorities).
