Responsibilities & Context
Job Context: We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Office Assistant to support our daily operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining office decorum, assisting staff and guests, and handling basic administrative tasks to ensure a smooth work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Management: Welcoming clients and visitors with a professional attitude. Serving tea, coffee, and snacks to guests and office staff.
- Pantry & Kitchen Maintenance: Handling light kitchen duties, ensuring the pantry area is clean, and managing refreshments.
- Stationery & Supplies: Keeping track of office stationery (paper, pens, folders, etc.) and purchasing supplies from the market as needed.
- File Movement: Efficiently moving files, documents, and letters between desks or departments.
- Photocopying & Printing: Handling basic office machinery, including photocopying, scanning, and printing documents for the team.
- Errand Tasks: Performing outdoor tasks such as banking, utility bill payments, or delivering documents via courier.
- General Support: Ensuring desks and common areas are tidy and assisting in any other manual tasks assigned by the management.
Employment Terms:
- Salary: Negotiable based on experience and skills.
- Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM.
- Benefits: Provided as per Company Policy (this may include Festival Bonuses, Leave Encashment, or other standard allowances).
Skills & Expertise
