Job Summary:

We are seeking a young, energetic, and career-oriented Junior Officer – HR & Business Administration to join our HR & Business Administration team. This role is ideal for an adaptive and eager-to-learn individual who demonstrates professionalism, humility, and strong work ethics. The incumbent will support core HR operations and business administrative activities while gaining hands-on exposure to compliance, corporate governance, and organizational processes. This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in HR and corporate administration within a structured and internationally aligned working environment.
Key Responsibilities (HR & Business Administration):

Maintain and update employee HR data, records, and documentation
-
Support recruitment, onboarding, probation, and contractual employment processes
-
Manage attendance, working time, leave records and documentation
-
Maintain and support HR functions through ERP / HRIS systems
-
Coordinate employee training, business trips, health check-ups, and workman’s compensation insurance
-
Support PIT declaration, labor compliance, safety, and hygiene requirements
-
Handle HR matters related to expatriate employees
-
Assist in maintaining company rules, internal policies, and job protocols
-
Track legal updates and assist in compliance implementation
-
Support company registrations, licenses, and statutory renewals
-
Assist with administrative tasks including rental car coordination and reporting.
