Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a young, energetic, and career-oriented Junior Officer – HR & Business Administration to join our HR & Business Administration team. This role is ideal for an adaptive and eager-to-learn individual who demonstrates professionalism, humility, and strong work ethics. The incumbent will support core HR operations and business administrative activities while gaining hands-on exposure to compliance, corporate governance, and organizational processes. This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in HR and corporate administration within a structured and internationally aligned working environment.

Key Responsibilities (HR & Business Administration):

  • Maintain and update employee HR data, records, and documentation

  • Support recruitment, onboarding, probation, and contractual employment processes

  • Manage attendance, working time, leave records and documentation

  • Maintain and support HR functions through ERP / HRIS systems

  • Coordinate employee training, business trips, health check-ups, and workman’s compensation insurance

  • Support PIT declaration, labor compliance, safety, and hygiene requirements

  • Handle HR matters related to expatriate employees

  • Assist in maintaining company rules, internal policies, and job protocols

  • Track legal updates and assist in compliance implementation

  • Support company registrations, licenses, and statutory renewals

  • Assist with administrative tasks including rental car coordination and reporting.
