  • Post graduation with 4-years bachelor’s degree in any discipline from any reputed university.

Experience

Additional Requirements

  • At least 2 years (s) of demonstrated experience in the RMG or development sector

  • Ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders in the RMG industry.

  • Expertise in MS Excel Program.

Responsibilities & Context

Job Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • The position reports to the Head of Department of OSH Training Program and is based in the RSC office in Dhaka.

  • Prepare weekly OSH Training Program schedule (Dhaka & Chittagong zone), share with the Department.

  • Prepare weekly travel itinerary and share it with administrative management to assign drivers and vehicles.

  • Follow up on factory confirmations, revise travel plans when necessary, and notify the Team Leaders accordingly to facilitate program rescheduling.

  • Maintain regular liaison with the Engineering Scheduling Specialist in advance to avoid scheduling conflicts among RSC internal teams.

  • Support Team Leaders by providing accurate and timely information for the replacement or reassignment of OSH Training Program Specialists, when required.

  • Collect overtime (OT) sheets from departmental staff and submit them to the concerned management following due process.

  • Monitor and follow up on the holiday tracker to support effective weekly scheduling.

  • Take overall responsibility for updating the program schedule tracker on a daily basis.

  • Update the Dashboard on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis using data from the schedule tracker for the OSH Training Program.

  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, as required.

  • Manage interdepartmental administrative tasks and maintain proper documentation of departmental records and information.

  • Coordinate with other departments as and when required to ensure smooth program implementation.

  • Perform any other related duties as assigned by the Head of OSH Training Program.
