Additional Requirements
- Age 20 to 40 years
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in hospital or healthcare management. Experience in an eye hospital will be preferred
Responsibilities & Context
-
Oversee overall administrative and operational activities of the Eye Hospital
-
Ensure smooth coordination among doctors, nurses, technicians, and support staff
-
Manage daily hospital operations, patient services, and workflow efficiency
-
Supervise doctor & staff attendance, duty rosters, and performance evaluation
-
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, healthcare standards, and safety regulations
-
Maintain hospital records, reports, and documentation
-
Manage hospital cash, bank transactions, and fund utilization
· Coordinate with the head office/accounts department for financial reporting
· Ensure proper documentation of vouchers, bills, invoices, and receipts
· Monitor inventory expenses, procurement costs, and supplier payments

Handle patient complaints professionally and ensure quality patient care

Assist management in planning, policy implementation, and hospital development initiatives
