Responsibilities & Context

  • Lead cross-functional meetings with sales, marketing, product, and operations teams.

  • Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to build a high-performance culture.

  • Selling company shares and real estate projects.

  • Maintaining regular contact with clients and presenting properties according to their needs.

  • Finding new potential buyers and achieving sales targets.

  • Assisting customers with property visits and closing deals.

  • Managing sales activities in coordination with the marketing team.

  • Align sales and marketing initiatives with company goals and business objectives.

  • Contribute to business planning, annual budgeting, and strategic decision-making processes.

  • Identify risks and opportunities in the market and advise on actionable business strategies.

  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills In-depth knowledge of market trends, customer behavior, and sales techniques

  • Design and execute comprehensive sales strategies to strengthen brand positioning and market presence.

  • Plan and manage advertising, promotional campaigns, and events both online and offline.

  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop sales & marketing materials (brochures, presentations, digital content).

  • Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to guide marketing activities.

  • Build partnerships with media, vendors, and industry influencers.

  • Monitor and manage sales budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources.

  • Evaluate the performance of sales campaigns and suggest improvements.
