We are Hiring Business Development Associate (Night Shift – Full Time)
Wilbur Limited is seeking a dynamic and highly organized individual to manage multiple online business profiles, foster strong client relationships, and conduct targeted outreach as needed. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, numbers-driven, and thrives on effective communication and client interaction.
Working Hours: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (Night Shift)
Key Responsibilities

Manage and optimize online business profiles.

Send proposals and track performance metrics.

Stay updated on platform trends and best practices.

Identify and reach out to leads via cold email.

Craft personalized outreach and manage follow-ups.

Report on outreach success and maintain lead lists.

Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Ensure clear communication and client satisfaction.

Maintain documentation and submit daily reports.

Coordinate with teams for smooth project delivery.
