Responsibilities & Context
The job holder is primarily responsible for managing and monitoring the All OIC and outlet team members of retail operations. The job requires usual travelling from one Outlet to another. He/she works closely with the Departmental FPRs to ensure smooth operations at the Franchise outlets and attends to all Outlet requirements.
Operational Excellence
- Monitor daily operations of outlet locations to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct regular store visits to assess operations, customer experience, cleanliness, and inventory management.
- Identify areas for operational improvement and provide actionable recommendations. Conduct regular visits and performance reviews with franchise stores.
- Monitor KPIs such as sales, footfall, wastage, and staff productivity.
Sales & Profit Management
- Drive top and bottom aggressively and monitor business trends and implement corrective actions for underperforming stores.
- Collaborate with the marketing and commercial teams to optimize promotional effectiveness.
- Assortment opportunities and partners with necessary department, field and support centre resources to rectify and solve issues.
- Analyse margin and profit levers and develop action plans to address opportunities.
- Drive cross-selling and upselling opportunities in stores.
Customer Service & Experience
- Ensure exceptional customer service delivery across all branches.
- Address escalated customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Drive initiatives to improve the in-store customer experience.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure all outlets comply with food safety regulations, labor laws, and company policies.
- Lead crisis management initiatives during disruptions (e.g. strikes, weather, and supply issues).
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Liaise with marketing, supply chain, finance, and SCM teams to support franchise operations.
Coordination New Store Openings
- Work with Commercial Team & Logistics to maintain product availability, quality standards, and effective promotional and other marketing activities.
- Collaborate with HR Department to engage in the recruitment process to fill vacant positions at the Outlets, Employee grievance handling, performance appraisals, Training & other issues.
- Learn the business model of other Agora partners, including Licensed Businesses, and work closely with each to ensure understanding of the respective support areas while achieving mutual business goals and ensuring Guest satisfaction levels are achieved.
