Job Description
Education
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
- Bachelor’s degree in: Accounting/ Finance/ Management
Experience
-
- 2 to 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Plastic/ Polymer Industry, Sanitary ware, Steel, Tiles/Ceramic
Additional Requirements
- This position requires frequent field inspections across various locations in Bangladesh
- Applicants should be willing and able to travel extensively as part of their job responsibilities
Responsibilities & Context
- Conduct scheduled and surprise physical inspections of showrooms to verify compliance with approved SOPs, display standards, and operational controls
- Perform physical verification of inventory and reconcile stock with system records to identify shortages, excesses, damages, or slow-moving items
- Review cash handling and receipt issuance to identify control lapses and fraud risks
- Prepare concise inspection reports with documented evidence, risk assessment, root-cause analysis, and actionable recommendations within defined timelines
- Follow up on agreed corrective actions, conduct re-visits for high-risk observations, and escalate unresolved issues to management
