Job Description
Education
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience

- 2 to 4 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Tour Operator, Travel Agent, Airline, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company
Additional Requirements
- Age 25 to 35 years

Having experience in travel & tourism sector qualification.

Also, Sales, Visa, Marketing & Tour package processing will be expected as additional.

Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools.

Excellent formal presentation, verbal communication, and proposal writing skills (English and Bangla).

Ability to handle multiple client queries simultaneously via phone, email, and in-person.

Capable of maintaining proper records of leads, follow-ups, and sales reports.
-
Should be proactive and dynamic, ability to work hard efficiently.
Responsibilities & Context
-
Handle air ticket reservations, issuance, re-issuance, and refunds through GDS (Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo).

Handle customer inquiries for air ticket bookings (domestic and international).
-
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to increase ticket sales and promote travel packages.

Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, and agents.
-
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and promotional materials when required.
-
Search and compare flight options to offer the best itinerary and price.
-
Inform customers of fare rules, baggage allowance, Track ticket deadlines, refunds, cancellation and travel policies.

Indoor & Outdoor office assignment work with marketing Making plan for individuals and group.

Maintain daily reports of bookings, cancellations, and sales.
-
Guide clients through visa application procedures for various countries.

Check and collect all required documents from clients.
-
Track and update clients on application status.

Maintain accurate records of clients, documents, and application timelines.
-
Provide pre-departure guidance to approved applicants
-
Generate various Reports as per Managements Requirement.
-
Any other duties assigned by the Management.
