Job Description
Education
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
Experience

- At least 1 year
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG), Paint, Toiletries
Responsibilities & Context
-
Prepare and implement the appropriate marketing plan for newly assigned and existing products;
-
Prepare yearly sales budget, profit & loss statement of the assigned product, and conduct expected sales forecast for the upcoming products;
-
Prepare and implement the monthly promotion plan as per the promotional budget and monitor the impact of the promotional activities minutely;
-
Monitor national sales achievement against the budget as well as the target in respect of volume and turnover to evaluate individual depot performance;
-
Ensure continuous supply and maintain stock levels of the responsible products to all depots;
-
Prepare and update the costing of the responsible products at all depots;
-
Prepare and update the costing of the responsible products with the price change of raw materials and other parameters;
-
Maintain cross-functional communication to ensure smooth operation of the business;

Visit the market for monitoring the competitor’s activities and market situation, and propose measures to be taken and update the marketing plan accordingly;
-
To establish and maintain liaison with advertising agencies.
