Job Description
Education
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm or Bachelor`s /Master`s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline from a reputed university.
Experience
-
- At least 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Supply Chain
Additional Requirements

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare pharmacy supply chain preferably in a hospital or clinical setting.

Strong working knowledge of GMP, SOPs, FEFO/FIFO principles, and pharmacy ERP systems.

Experience in IT software, MS Office, and digital reporting.
Responsibilities & Context
Employment Type: 1 year contract (extendable)
Key Responsibilities:

Ensure end-to-end performance of all MSB pharmacy operations by translating organizational strategy into standardized operational plans, measurable targets, and consistent service quality across all sites.

Maintain uninterrupted availability of essential medicines through effective forecasting, procurement planning, stock optimization, batch and expiry tracking, and system-based inventory visibility.
