Responsibilities & Context
-
Prepare Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR) & Batch Packaging Record (BPR) for producing biscuit products in the toll site
-
Ensure QC test of raw and packaging materials at toll site
-
Monitor all activities of biscuits manufacturing stages ensuring the product quality
-
Prepare product master file with approved documents of new product
-
Ensure storage of raw materials and packaging materials at the toll site
-
Identify and solve the significant operational issues that arises at the toll site
-
Coordinate in compliance and prepare related SOPs and other documents of Toll Manufacturing Products
-
Carry out stability study of finished products to ensure the shelf line of the products
-
Maintain liaison with the organization and manage third-parties
-
Perform any other duty assigned by the Supervisor
