Responsibilities & Context
-
Collect, clean, and analyze production, downtime, rejection, and process data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
-
Develop daily/weekly/monthly production dashboards (OEE, yield, scrap, cycle time, efficiency, machine utilization, bottlenecks)
-
Perform root-cause and variance analysis using statistical and analytical tools
-
Build productivity, manpower, and capacity models to support planning and optimization
-
Monitor KPIs and generate data-backed insights for management review and decision-making
-
Use data analytics to identify waste, loss drivers, forecasting gaps, and process deviations
-
Support implementation of digital production tracking systems / MIS / ERP / MES
-
Conduct time-motion and process performance analysis using structured datasets
-
Prepare automated reports and interactive dashboards for cross-functional teams
-
Work with Quality, Maintenance, SCM, and Operations to align data trends with actions
-
Support predictive maintenance, SPC, and process capability analysis (Cp/Cpk)
-
Lead or support Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement projects using data evidence
-
Validate data integrity, ensure accuracy of production records and reporting standards
