Additional Requirements:
- Executive: 1–3 years of relevant experience.
- Sr. Executive: 4–7 years, preferably within the pharmaceutical or manufacturing sector.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
- Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills in English and Bengali.
- Knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law and HRMS/ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is an added advantage.
Responsibilities & Context
Job Location: Dhaka/ Factory
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including manpower planning, drafting job descriptions, sourcing through modern channels (LinkedIn, professional networks), and conducting interviews for both field-level and corporate staff.
- Maintain employee databases and personal files within HRIS/ERP systems (e.g., SAP HCM); manage attendance, leave records, and general HR services.
- Execute monthly payroll processing, salary adjustments, and statutory benefits compliance.
- Facilitate annual performance appraisals, promotion processes, and performance improvement plans.
- Ensure strict adherence to Bangladesh Labour Law; handle disciplinary actions, grievances, and employee counseling.
- Organize employee orientation, training programs, and engagement activities to foster a positive work culture.
