Eastern Hardware Bangladesh Limited (EHBL) is a leading supplier of all kinds hand tools and power tools, successfully operating in the trading & marketing sectors in Bangladesh for a long time . With over 10 years of experience ,we are known as one of the most significant and trusted trading concern in the country.
- Visit hardware retail shops regularly and view to build professional relationship and secure order from them.
- Promote and sell hand tools & power tools products to retailers and customers.
- Achieve monthly & yearly sales and targets.
- Collect orders and insure timely delivery follow up.
- Maintain and develops strong relationship with the customers.
- Find new customers and expand new market coverage.
- Collect payments and submit reports on timely.
- Monitors competitor activities and market tends.
- Effectively communicate with clients, dealers, retailers via telephone, face-to-face and written communication.
- Handle customer complaints and provide after sales support.
- Follow company sales policy, term-condition and guidelines.
