Responsibilities & Context

Job Context:

We are hiring for the following position in our education consultancy company. If you are dynamic, detail-oriented, and passionate about contributing to a growing organization, we encourage you to apply.

Office Time – 10 am to 7 pm

Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist clients, students, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

  • Participate in the company’s social media promotional activities and videos.

  • Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining office records.

  • Ensure the front office area is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.

  • Maintain a database of student inquiries, appointments, and office visitors.

  • Provide support to the counseling and marketing teams, including event preparation, promotional activities, and document management.
