- Bachelor degree from a recognized institute.
Experience

- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hospital, Diagnostic Centre
Additional Requirements
- Age At most 45 years

8-10 years’ work experience with reputed printing press.

Vast experience of working with pharmaceutical items including- Packing items of Inner Carton, Insert, Catch Cover, Show Card, Literature, Brand Card, Prescription Pad, Order Book etc.

Strong knowledge of printing processes, equipment, color palettes and technologies.

Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities & Context

Position : Deputy Manager/Manager, Labaid Printing & Packaging
Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of the printing press operations, including pre-press, press, and post-press activities.

Lead and supervise a team of printing professionals, ensuring their efficient performance and development.

Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual budget and production schedules to meet deadlines and maximize efficiency.

Implement and maintain strict quality control standards to ensure that all printed materials meet customer specifications.

Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of printing equipment to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
-
Monitor and control production costs to ensure profitability.
Compensation & Other Benefits

Salary : 45000-50000 (monthly)
