Education
- Bachelor’s / Master’s in Business Administration / International
- Bachelor’s / Master’s in Business / Finance
Experience

- 2 to 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Tiles/Ceramic
Additional Requirements
- Age 28 to 40 years

2/3 years of experience in commercial / export-import department.

Strong knowledge of LC procedures and international trade.

Proficiency in MS Office and email Communication.

Strong Communication and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities & Context
-
Handle all export–import (EXIM) related documentation including LC opening, amendment, negotiation, and retirement.
-
Follow up with banks, C&F agents, freight forwarders, shipping lines and other related stakeholders.
-
Prepare PI, LC documents, shipping documents (BL, Invoice, Packing List, COO).
-
Track and monitor shipments, customs clearance, and delivery schedules.
-
Assist in commercial reporting and file management.
-
Any other responsibilities assign by the Management.
