Job Description
Education
- Bachelor`s degree in any discipline
- Minimum Graduation in any discipline (preferably in Business) from any reputed university
- 3rd division or 3rd class in any exam are discouraged from applying

- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Accounting or a related fields.

Prior experience in Retail Banking, specifically with Home Loans, Car Loans, Personal Loans & SOD

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities & Context
-
Monitor and maintain the Bank’s diverse Retail Loan portfolio, covering Home Loans, Personal Loans, Car Loans and Secured Overdrafts.

Achieve individual sales targets across all assigned retail lending products.

Identify prospective clients for Personal and Auto loans as well as Home loans.

Visit potential clients, real estate developers and auto dealers to generate new business and increase the overall asset portfolio.

Conduct random visits to developer companies and partner vendors to strengthen business relationships.

Assist and coordinate regarding loan files and findings for the Branch and other Relationship Managers.

Guide customers through the processing stages for Home, Personal, and Car loans to ensure a seamless service experience.

Verify and submit files and documents for all retail lending products, ensuring they meet the Bank’s credit policy.

Prepare Memorandums of Understanding (MoU) with developers and vendors to support Home and Auto loan facilities under the Retail Banking Head Office.

Prepare and submit the Yearly Budget for Agricultural and Rural Credit.

Ensure the on-time submission of all reports (Weekly, Fortnightly, Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly, and Yearly) to the Agricultural Credit Department (ACD) of Bangladesh Bank.

Submit all types of Agricultural and Rural Credit Refinance reports and process claims for refinancing to the ACD of Bangladesh Bank.
