Responsibilities & Context
-
Performing Maintenance, project, design & regarding activities.
-
Solving relevant problems & developing safe, simple, cost-effective solutions.
-
Carrying out various tasks considering the safe, smooth, and efficient operation of production
-
Performing installations, piping, modification & commissioning activities.
-
Estimating material consumption & analyzing costs for ongoing activities &projects
-
Working in a team of the mechanical workforce (Includes Engineers, Supervisors, Fitters, etc.).

Monitoring third-party/ EPC activities & workforce on ongoing projects.
-
Ensuring proper safety of both human lives & factory during maintenance operations.
-
Maintaining interdepartmental communications.
-
Preparing monthly work plans & budgets for the mechanical department
-
Maintaining activity logbook, checklist, reports, & other departmental documents.
-
Ensuring preventive/ predictive/corrective maintenance of mechanical machinery
-
Analyzing root causes & downtime of breakdown.
-
Monitoring mechanical inventory of the mechanical department.
