- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
Experience

Responsibilities & Context
-
Dealing with the quality staff independently for all the quality assurance activities including quality control / audit, in line inspection, pre-final and final inspection.

Must be needed on experience in woven-bottom garments.

Please note: Applicant who does not have experience in quality of woven-bottom need not to apply.

Candidate must have experience in handling buyers/brands like “Next, Inditex, H&M, Celio, Bestseller, Lee & Wrangler, Cotton on, Tom Tailor etc.

Prepare and present detailed quality reports to Top Management for performance analysis and improvement.

Reduce defects and make an action plan by analyzing the problems. Solve the quality issues and establish a Zero-defect culture in the factory.

Must have excellent knowledge and experience in solving critical issues explaining technical points of various quality related day to day problems occurring in sampling process, factory production to shipment.

Strong knowledge of international AQL standards, inline and final inspection procedures, and buyer compliance protocols.

Candidate must be able to handle direct orders independently.

Candidate having experience in ‘Self Inspection’ according to the client`s requirements will get preference.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are required.

Candidates should possess a high level of integrity, professionalism, and the ability to solve problems under pressure.

Must be good in English both Reading and Writing.
