Experience

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Knowledge of real estate market, land-related documentation, and client management.      

  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and data handling.        

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.


Responsibilities & Context

Job Summary

The Deputy Manager/Assistant Manager – Communication & Business Development will support the company’s land acquisition, client relationship management, call center operations, and business development activities. The role involves communicating with landowners, coordinating meetings, managing prospect data, developing inventory, and ensuring smooth collaboration among internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Land & Client Relationship Management

  • Communicate with landowners and maintain strong relationships for land acquisition opportunities.

  • Arrange and coordinate meetings between landowners and management.

  • Collect and verify land-related documents, data, and ownership details.

  • Maintain and update the database of prospective landowners and leads.

Business Development & Inventory Support

  • Assist in developing inventories for land, apartments, and other assets.

  • Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and other teams for information collection.

  • Support preparation of proposals, reports, and presentations.

Communication, Call Center & Coordination

  • Monitor and manage call center activities related to prospects and land inquiries.

  • Handle incoming/outgoing calls and provide accurate project information.

  • Record call details and update CRM with lead status.

  • Conduct follow-up calls and distribute leads to relevant teams.

  • Coordinate internal meetings with landowners and concerned departments.

Administrative & Reporting Support

  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on leads and business development activities.

  • Assist in preparing MoUs, agreements, and documentation.

  • Maintain proper records and support process improvement initiatives.
