Education

  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
  • B.Sc in EEE from reputed Public/Private University.

Experience

    • At least 5 years

  • The applicant should have 5 years’ experience in Real Estate Company.
  • Ability to Problem-solving.
  • Working ability of Auto CAD
  • Good knowledge in electrical and electronics work.

Responsibilities & Context

Job Responsibilities

  • Supervision and monitoring of maintenance related activities.
  • Coordination with client and technical teams due to better service.
  • To perform instructions for successful implementation of process changes.
  • To perform process troubleshooting, parts inspection and various other functions to ensure conformity and quality.
  • Plan, organize, coordinate and execute all preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
  • Good understanding of various mechanical and electrical components..
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Good report making ability and expertise in MS Office especially in Excel.
