Job Description
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a reputed university.
Experience

- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Furniture Manufacturer, Metal & Aluminium Manufacturing, Packaging Industry, Plastic/ Polymer Industry

Candidates must have practical experience in warehouse operations and handling warehouse products, including Pipe & Fittings, Water Tank, Door, Sheet, Plastic Furniture, Plastic Household Items, Water Pump, Sink, Gas Stove, and other similar hardware and household products.

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage operational activities efficiently.

Good knowledge of warehouse operations, stock management, and delivery procedures.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, ERP/software handling) will be an advantage.

Leadership ability to supervise laborers and support staff.
Responsibilities & Context
Job Context:
Primitek Group is looking for a dynamic, hardworking, and responsible professional for the position of Sr. Executive / Executive – Warehouse & Distribution (FG). The selected candidate will be responsible for finished goods (FG) warehouse operations, delivery coordination, stock management, housekeeping, and ensuring smooth distribution activities.
Key Responsibilities:

Ensure timely attendance and maintain cleanliness, safety, and security of the warehouse/store area.

Receive products from the production floor and maintain proper item-wise storage and housekeeping in the FG warehouse.

Ensure accurate product delivery as per Delivery Order (DO).

Ensure damage-free and error-free product delivery while maintaining proper vehicle loading capacity.

Supervise stacking, racking, and proper arrangement of products in the warehouse.

Communicate delivery and stock-related information to the Store In-Charge (IC).
-
Maintain administrative control over laborers and Store Assistants.

Monitor daily product delivery activities, including short/excess delivery issues.

Ensure proper housekeeping by maintaining the right product in the right place.

Prepare daily product shortage and present stock reports and submit them to the Store IC.
-
Ensure maximum product loading capacity utilization without causing product damage.
-
Maintain effective customer service and coordination regarding delivery operations.
