Education
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
- Diploma in Computer in Computer Engineering

Prior experience in Group of Companies/Garments Factory is preferred
Responsibilities & Context

Windows Operating Systems
-
Maintain and monitor LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity
-
Install, configure, and update operating systems and office applications
-
Maintain antivirus protection and system security tools
-
Ensure proper functioning of IT equipment, including servers and accessories
-
Install and configure local and network printers
-
Set up and manage printer sharing across the network (LAN/Domain environment)
-
Configure shared printers via Windows Server / Active Directory / IP-based printing
-
Assign printer access permissions for users and departments
a. Troubleshoot printer-related issues such as: Print queue errors
b. Network connectivity problems
c. Monitor printer usage and coordinate maintenance (toner, servicing, etc.)
d. Ensure proper naming, mapping, and accessibility of shared printers across departments -
Set up, configure, and manage Office 365 email accounts for users
-
Handle email-related issues including login, configuration, and synchronization
-
Manage distribution lists, permissions, and mailbox settings
-
Ensure regular email backup and recovery processes
-
Perform regular data backups, including Office 365 email backups
-
Maintain IT asset registers, inventory records, and service logs
-
Coordinate with external vendors for IT support, procurement, and maintenance services
