Education

  • Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
  • Preference will be given to those with professional training in digital marketing.

Experience

    • 8 to 10 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Advertising Agency, Developer, Group of Companies, Newspaper/Magazine, Real Estate

Responsibilities & Context

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to generate qualified interior design leads.

  • Manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

  • Create location-based and audience-targeted campaigns for homeowners, apartment buyers, and commercial clients.

  • Plan monthly campaign calendars aligned with sales targets.

  • Design and optimize landing pages for interior project inquiries.

  • Implement A/B testing for ads, creatives, and call-to-action strategies.

  • Track and improve lead-to-appointment and lead-to-sale conversion rates.

  • Integrate digital campaigns with CRM systems.

  • Ensure proper lead distribution to interior sales team.

  • Monitor lead quality and follow up with sales for conversion tracking.

  • Prepare weekly reports on leads generated, CPL (Cost per Lead), and conversion status.

  • Oversee social media content (before–after projects, 3D visuals, client testimonials).

  • Manage website related to interior design and renovation.

  • Coordinate with designers and content teams for project photography and video marketing.

  • Strengthen brand positioning in premium and mid-segment interior markets.

  • Monitor campaign performance and make analytical reports.

  • Analyze ROI, cost per lead, and sales contribution from digital channels.

  • Submit monthly performance and improvement plans to management.
