Job Description
Education
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- PGD in HRM / Social Science / Management will be preferred
Experience

- 3 to 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Multinational Companies, Garments, Textile
Responsibilities & Context
Worker Welfare & Relations
-
Act as a liaison between workers and management to maintain good relationships
-
Identify and address worker grievances (individual & collective)
-
Counsel workers on company policies, discipline, and workplace behavior
-
Ensure fair treatment and proper communication across all levels
Compliance & Labor Law
-
Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law and buyer Code of Conduct
-
Monitor factory welfare facilities (canteen, childcare, washrooms, drinking water, etc.)
-
Support social compliance audits and maintain required documentation
Health, Safety & Awareness
-
Conduct awareness sessions on health, hygiene, safety, and workers’ rights
-
Promote safe working practices across the factory
-
Perform regular floor visits to identify welfare or safety issues
Grievance Handling & Counseling
-
Handle worker complaints and ensure timely resolution
-
Provide counseling and motivation to workers for better performance
-
Assist in disciplinary procedures and conflict resolution
Training & Development
-
Organize welfare-related training and awareness programs
-
Maintain training records, attendance, and reports
-
Support orientation programs for new employees
Reporting & Documentation
-
Prepare welfare and compliance reports
-
Maintain registers related to welfare activities, leave, and worker issues
-
Coordinate with HR, Compliance, and Production teams
