Education

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management

Experience

  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies

Additional Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experiences in the similar field will be considered as added advantage

  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skill

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • All kinds of HR support related to employee life cycle

  • Recruitment & Selection; Onboarding: Confirmation; Performance Appraisal; Employee Separation; Other HR related paperwork`s

  • SAP-HCM module related work; Employee database and personal files management

  • HR related survey

  • Health Insurance Management
