Job Description
Education
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
- Bachelor/Honors
- Diploma in Garments Technology or relevant field
Experience

Responsibilities & Context
We are looking for a qualified and dynamic candidate as Sr. Technician- IE/Planning for woven garments manufacturing company. Foreign candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in executing daily production plans as per approved schedules
- Prepare and update line loading data based on capacity and order requirements
- Maintain and regularly update Work in Progress (WIP) status
- Monitor production flow across cutting, sewing, and finishing sections
- Collect production data from the factory floor and update it in the ERP/Planning system
- Support in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly production reports
- Follow up on production progress and report delays or deviations
- Coordinate with Production and IE teams to ensure smooth operations
- Identify bottlenecks and assist in taking corrective actions
- Maintain proper documentation and planning records
- Ensure accurate data entry for production tracking and shipment follow-up
