Responsibilities & Context

Job Context:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Consumer Activation Coordinator to manage and supervise field activation operations across Bangladesh. The role requires strong leadership, field management, and reporting capabilities to ensure effective execution of activation activities and team performance.

 

Employment Status: Full-time (Contractual)

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the BA & Supervisor team

  • Track and monitor BA & supervisors’ daily field activities

  • Conduct regular team grooming sessions to enhance performance

  • Arrange daily/weekly meetings for coordination and task delegation

  • Analyze supervisor performance, identify issues and recommend solutions

  • Monitor team movement through live location tracking and app

  • Prepare and submit all required field reports

  • Conduct regular field visits as per route plan

  • Manage BA & Supervisor recruitment, onboarding and training

  • Ensure team motivation and retention through performance evaluation

  • Analyze daily reports and suggest actionable improvements

  • Collect and report competitor activities to the central team

  • Update Trade team on market conditions and ensure alignment with central team

  • Execute all official instructions related to the role
