Experience

- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Wholesale, Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Group of Companies, Chemical Industries, Automobile, Paint, Toiletries
Responsibilities & Context
- Assist in the preparation and processing of monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Support the preparation of monthly financial accounts, reports, and reconciliations.
- Process various payments (vendor payments, utility bills, and other operational expenses) as per instructions from line authority.
- Facilitate reimbursement processes, including foreign tour expenses, advance adjustments, Leave Fare Assistance (LFA), and other employee claims.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of financial transactions for audit and compliance purposes.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth financial operations and timely processing of requests.
- Assist in resolving discrepancies related to payments, payroll, and reimbursements.
- Provide support to finance team members and other colleagues as and when required.
- Ensure adherence to organizational financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by the supervisor or management.
