Responsibilities & Context
Are you a visual storyteller with an eye for detail is looking for a creative Video Editor to join our media team. You will be responsible for creating high-quality video content for our educational programs, research projects, and digital marketing campaigns.
Video Production: Edit raw footage into polished, high-quality videos for YouTube, Facebook, and internal training platforms.
Cinematography & Studio Management

In-House Studio Lead: Take full ownership of our studio space, including equipment maintenance, inventory management, and organized gear storage.

Cinematic Shooting: Plan and execute professional video shoots for Japanese and IELTS instructors.

Lighting & Sound: Master 3-point lighting setups and ensure high-fidelity audio capture (lavalier and shotgun mics).

Directing: Guide presenters on-camera to ensure natural delivery and professional posture.
Video Editing & Visualization

Advanced Editing: Perform high-level cutting, pacing, and storytelling using Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.

Motion Graphics : Act as a Visualizer by creating 2D/3D animations, call-outs, and infographics to explain complex data or language rules.

Color Grading: Apply cinematic color correction and grading to maintain a premium brand aesthetic across all platforms.

Asset Creation: Design custom thumbnails, lower thirds, and intro/outro sequences.
