Experience

Responsibilities & Context
-
Drive zonal sales growth through corporate (institutional) clients and ensure achievement of assigned targets
-
Identify and acquire new corporate clients across hospitals, corporate offices, NGOs, and hospitality sectors
-
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure long-term business growth
-
Manage major corporate accounts, handle negotiations, and ensure customer satisfaction
-
Negotiate contracts and ensure proper execution of agreements
-
Lead, guide, and monitor the performance of the institutional sales team within the zone
-
Set sales targets for the team and provide regular coaching and field support
-
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new market opportunities
-
Coordinate with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to ensure smooth operations
-
Ensure timely delivery of products and services to corporate clients
