- Master’s in any discipline from a reputed public/private university. Preferably Marketing/Business studies.
Experience

- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Insurance
Additional Requirements
- Age At most 45 years
- Experience & Skills: Minimum 12 years of working experience in any financial institutions/ multinational company / FMCG/ TELCO / NGO and at least 5 years as Head of Department/ Team Leader/ NSM/RM.
- Age Limit: Not over 45 years. The educational qualifications and age limit may be relaxed for highly experienced personnel.

- Collaboration across different marketing teams to achieve target
- Formulate communication strategies
