Ability to communicate in English and Bangle language effectively, both orally and in writing.

Practicing child protection, PSEA, Safeguarding, code of conduct and cultural diversity

Committed on response in any humanitarian emergency if necessary

Able to operate virtual platform like Skype/Zoom/Team etc.
Responsibilities & Context
-
Develop M&E framework, forms, format, tools and technique based on the result framework and project outline & execute accordingly.
-
Support in baseline survey, collect data and information regularly, validate and analysis the data and prepare periodical monitoring narrative and formative reports.

Manage the project related intervention by using project related software
-
Share the significant findings with the project team, Shushilan management and UNICEF representative.

Support to enhance SBCC, develop SBCC materials as per need in relation with project.

Maintain gender equity among the team and promote it in the community.

Necessary & effective coordination with GO, LGI, NGOs, Donors and other relevant stakeholders.

Assist to conduct and participate all the relevant project and organizational meeting.

Represent and participate in different meeting, workshop and seminar to highlight the project and organizations
-
Regular field visit and provide technical support to the project staff to implement monitoring systems and tools properly.

Develop staff capacity on M&E system, provide affirmative feedback to manage and support the project activities.

Participate in project progress report preparation with project team and provide relevant data & information.

Capture learning related documents like best practices, Case Study and ensure preservation and dissemination.

Prepare monthly and annual plan in time.
