Education

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA)

Additional Requirements

  • Age 25 to 30 years
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Bangla (written & verbal)
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO tools, Analytics, etc.)
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
  • Good understanding of market trends and customer behavior
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Target-driven with a proactive and positive attitude
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Basic understanding of CRM tools and lead management systems will be an advantage
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities

Responsibilities & Context

Job Context: We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented, and self-motivated professional for the position of Digital Marketing & Business Development. The candidate will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, expanding business opportunities, and strengthening the company’s digital presence to drive growth and revenue.

Digital Marketing

  • Develop and update company profiles, brochures, and presentations
  • Prepare newsletters, case studies, and marketing content
  • Assist in the preparation of annual reports and corporate publications

Digital Presence & Online Platforms

  • Manage and regularly update the company website
  • Handle company LinkedIn and other online platforms
  • Plan and publish professional content (project updates, achievements, insights)
  • Monitor engagement and improve online visibility and branding

Business Development

  • Support in Documentation, tendering and contract drafting.
  • Identify and generate new business leads through research on different website.
  • Maintain and update CRM, Lead trackers, client records and correspondence.

Client Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Identify and approach potential clients and partners
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients
  • Support business development activities and tender communication

Brand & Communication

  • Ensure consistency in branding across all platforms and materials
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors (designers, developers)
  • Assist in organizing corporate events, meetings, and client visits
