Education
- Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
- Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical Engineering
- Diploma in Electrical in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
Experience
-
- 3 to 6 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Cement Industry, Developer, Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG), Plastic/ Polymer Industry, Real Estate, Shipping, Shopping mall, Trading or Export/Import

Responsibilities & Context
-
Supervise installation, commissioning, and servicing of industrial and commercial pumps
-
Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities
-
Lead and support service engineers and technicians in field operations
-
Diagnose technical issues and ensure timely resolution
-
Handle service-related inquiries, complaints, and emergency support efficiently
-
Ensure proper documentation of service reports, maintenance logs, and job completion records
-
Coordinate with sales and technical teams for after-sales support and project handover
-
Monitor spare parts inventory and ensure availability of required components
-
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
-
Assist to distribution department for pump delivery related issues
-
Assist to store department for inventory and stock management.

Must be coordinate to operation department.

Pump related company experience added advantage.
